Archive Policy
Note: While all searchable contract information within BiP services is in the form of notices, for simplicity we use the following terminology:
- Contract Notices = possible future purchases (PFPs), prior information notices (PINs), invitations to tender, announcements, contract amendments and contract modifications.
- Contract Awards = contract awards and results of design contracts.
Contract Notices
All contract notices remain online for 90 days (3 months) from the response date (final response date for expressions of interest or tenders). If there is no response date available or applicable then the notice will remain online for 90 days (3 months) from the listing date (the date it was entered into the system).

Contract Awards
All contract awards remain online for 90 days (3 months) from the date of award. If there is no award date available then the award will remain online for 180 days (6 months) from the listing date (The date it was entered into the system).

All Other Contract Information
All other contract information such as amendments, modifications, general announcements etc. is available for 90 days (3 months) from listing date (the date it was entered into the system).

Online Resources
All other resources such as announcements, reports, stories, links, guidances and contact details are checked regularly and updated when necessary.
